To cover the aerobic aspect of your training I would highly recommend incorporating calisthenics into your (*try to reference something from the article) training!
Its awesome and can be done anywhere as you just need a bar!? It is super effective as it really does target muscle groups that lifting will not reach!
And I found after years of lifting weights and doing the same exercise's that calisthenics really did give my training a new lease of life and a whole new set of challenges!
I found the attached video and programme helped me accelerate my calisthenics training to the next level!
